Description
Our client is seeking a Complex Credit and Insurance Solutions Associate with 4-6 years of experience in complex credit fund formation and insurance solutions for private fund sponsors. The role involves assisting global asset managers and sponsors in structuring and forming complex credit private funds and structured credit funds, including rated note funds and captive CLO equity manager originator structures, as well as handling post-establishment compliance and distribution. Candidates should have experience in private fund formation, including drafting and negotiating fund documentation, managing fund raises from launch to close, and a solid understanding of the Investment Advisers Act and other federal securities laws.
