COMPLEX LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (0407)
Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join their Litigation Department based in either San Francisco or Silicon Valley. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial litigation, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, and managing document review. In-court experience is preferred but not mandatory. Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Candidates must be admitted to the California bar or eligible to obtain admission promptly.
