Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an associate with two to three years of regulatory and compliance experience, particularly in banking and financial services, payment processors, fintech, data privacy and security, anti-money laundering, and money transmission. The successful candidate will support regulatory practices, including Payment Systems & Fintech and Privacy & Cybersecurity. Experience in drafting commercial contracts is preferred, and familiarity with healthcare or environmental regulations is valued. A strong academic background is required, and JD transcripts should be submitted with applications.
