Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation, ideally within the realms of copyright, IP licensing, tech transactions, or entertainment deals, to join their Connectivity, Privacy & Information - Copyright (Transactional) practice. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the music, entertainment, and/or content industries. This role requires the ability to protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information. The position is available in New York, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, and Silicon Valley.
