Description
Our client, a renowned law firm with one of the top Construction practice groups in the country, is seeking an associate for their Philadelphia office. This role offers the opportunity to represent clients on sophisticated construction matters, both domestic and international, ranging from $1 million to $10 billion in value. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of commercial or construction litigation experience, excellent academic and professional credentials, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be in good standing and licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania. The firm brings a practical perspective from their backgrounds in architecture, engineering, construction, real estate development, finance, accounting, and insurance, focusing on both front and transactional work as well as dispute resolution.
