Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a junior associate to join their esteemed Construction practice. The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and 1-3 years of legal experience. The associate will work collaboratively with dedicated partners and associates on a variety of complex transactional and litigation matters, including Construction Agreements, Development Agreements, Design Agreements, and Construction Related Disputes. Responsibilities will include performing due diligence, general research and writing, assisting with drafting and negotiations related to the development of real property, contributing to the coordination and execution of a broad range of complex transactional matters relating to development and construction, and assisting with construction related disputes in arbitration and litigation.
