Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their Construction Practice Group, with opportunities available in multiple office locations including Birmingham, AL, Charlotte, NC, and Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in prosecuting and/or defending construction claims, contract drafting and negotiation, and evaluating and advising on risks in a construction context. Candidates with backgrounds in insurance, commercial, products liability, and/or general litigation who are interested in the construction industry are also encouraged to apply. Superior academic credentials from an accredited, top-tier law school and excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are required.
