Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm in Miami, FL, is seeking an attorney to join its Construction Practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills with at least two years of experience in all phases of construction litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. The firm’s construction litigators represent a diverse range of clients, including government entities, developers, contractors, and design professionals, in cases involving design and construction defects, fee disputes, and construction accident claims. Candidates with substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in construction law are encouraged to apply.
