Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join their high-stakes construction litigation and transactional practice in Atlanta. This role involves handling complex construction cases in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations, and negotiating design, construction, design-build, and development contracts. Ideal candidates will have experience in both litigation and transactional work, have graduated in the top 10% from a nationally recognized law school, and possess strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
