Description
Our client is seeking a construction associate to join its Austin office. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in sophisticated commercial litigation and construction law matters, with additional experience in drafting and negotiating commercial construction contracts being a plus. The candidate must possess excellent legal research and writing skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability. Stellar academic credentials, along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative, are preferred. TX bar admission is required.
