Description
Our client is seeking a transactional associate to join its construction practice group in New York. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in negotiating and drafting design and construction agreements. Familiarity with construction project delivery methods and industry-standard construction and design forms is preferred but not required. Experience in real estate development, large industrial capital projects, data center projects, and construction claims/litigation resolution is a plus. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, a robust work ethic, excellent writing and research skills, and the ability to establish strong client and peer relationships for professional development opportunities.
