Description
Our client is seeking an associate for their nationally recognized Construction practice group in New York. This Chambers-ranked team represents real estate developers in contract negotiations and dispute resolution for some of the largest projects in the U.S. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of relevant construction or real estate experience, though those with complex commercial litigation experience will also be considered. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the New York State bar in good standing.
