Description
Our client, a leading law firm with a large real estate and construction practice, is seeking an associate with 4+ years of sophisticated construction litigation and contract drafting experience for its Construction and Design subgroup. The successful candidate will work on a variety of construction and design contracts, as well as litigation matters related to construction projects, both public and private. This firm values diversity, with a significant proportion of diverse attorneys and new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a commitment to client service and team success. A JD from an accredited university and active membership in or commitment to applying for the Washington State Bar is required.
