Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Attorney or Of Counsel with at least seven years of construction law/litigation or government contracting experience to join their Construction and Design Practice Group in Seattle. The role involves representing public and private owners, general contractors, and engineers in pre-project planning, risk assessment, contract drafting, claim management, and dispute litigation. Candidates must have a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school, Washington bar admission, and strong communication and writing skills.
