Description
Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking a Construction/General Liability Associate Attorney for their office in White Plains. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of New York, and have 3+ years of defense litigation experience. Experience with construction (NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241) matters, insurance defense, premises liability, and general liability is required. Experience appearing in court for OSHA hearings is a plus. The successful candidate will independently manage a caseload involving insurance defense, general liability, auto/transportation liability, or construction (NYS Labor Law), work closely with other attorneys, team members, and Partners on legal projects, regularly handle court appearances and depositions, and communicate with clients to provide status reports.
