CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (0372)

Description

Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a construction litigation associate to join their team in North Carolina, preferably in Greensboro. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of relevant construction and litigation experience, and must be licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina. A license to practice law in South Carolina is a plus. Candidates with less experience but a strong commitment to construction law, or a background in engineering, architecture, or contracting, are also encouraged to apply. The role requires strong research and writing skills, experience in all aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and a willingness to learn to review and draft construction contracts. This position operates in a clerical, office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment. The client is unable to provide sponsorship for this position, so applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
