Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team in their Orlando office. This role offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of a growing office and a vibrant team. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction litigation, covering a broad spectrum of construction matters, including payment disputes, design and defect claims. The role involves litigation, claims analysis, risk management, and involvement in large-scale infrastructure programs and projects. The candidate should have at least 2 years of litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and should be a member of the Florida Bar.
