Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking an Attorney with 3 to 5 years of litigation experience for their Consumer Financial Services practice group based in Virginia Beach. The ideal candidate will have experience in Mortgage Servicing, Foreclosure, Title Disputes, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Unfair Debt Collection Claims/Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Strong academic and professional credentials are required, and the candidate must be licensed and in good standing with the Virginia bar. Admissions to other bars will be considered a plus. The role involves dealing with a wide range of issues involving consumer finance and privacy laws, providing regulatory guidance, resolving litigation, and assisting with investigations and actions initiated by government agencies.
