Our client is seeking a Career Associate to join their Consumer Financial Services practice group, with a flexible location. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of consumer finance-related litigation experience and must be barred in California. Experience in Mortgage Servicing Litigation, FDCPA, FCPA, and RESPA is advantageous. Candidates should possess strong academic and professional credentials and be in good standing with the California bar, with additional bar admissions considered a plus. This role involves resolving litigation, providing regulatory guidance, and assisting with investigations and actions initiated by government agencies.
