The ideal candidate should be barred in Florida and possess 3 to 5 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts, particularly in areas such as mortgage, auto finance, and credit card litigation. Applicants must have outstanding academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing skills, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. A clerkship is preferred, and candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida bar. The role involves resolving litigation, providing regulatory guidance, and assisting with investigations and actions initiated by government agencies.
