Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation to join their Consumer Financial Services, Data and Technology Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, along with experience in both federal and state courts. Experience in financial institutions litigation is preferred. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the State Bar of Nevada. This is a full-time, salaried position with a schedule from Monday through Friday, with additional time as needed.
