Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 2 to 6 years of experience in commercial litigation, specifically within the Consumer Financial Services, Data, and Technology Practice Group. The ideal candidate should possess excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, along with federal and state court experience. Experience in financial institutions litigation is preferred. The candidate must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the Colorado State Bar. This is a full-time, salaried position with a schedule from Monday through Friday, although additional time may be required.
