Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Consumer Products Practice Group in either their New York or Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience, particularly in regulatory counseling and enforcement related to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). This role involves handling a range of CPSC matters including regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, and recalls, as well as representing clients in CPSC civil penalty investigations. Candidates must possess excellent legal writing skills, strong academic credentials, and professional references. Applicants should be currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction of the office for which they are applying.
