Description

Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a junior or mid-level associate to join their Consumer Products Representation and Services team. The ideal candidate should have excellent academic credentials and a keen interest in working on matters before the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and National Advertising Division (NAD). The associate will primarily focus on regulatory matters, including those involving the CPSC, FTC, and NAD, and will also work on litigation matters, including consumer class action litigation. Responsibilities will include regulatory reporting, responding to regulatory investigations, counseling clients on compliance, advertising claims substantiation review, drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and supporting the team on business development.
