Our client is seeking a junior-level associate with one to three years of experience to join their condominiums and cooperatives practice. The ideal candidate will have experience representing condo and co-op boards, sponsor-developers, and building owners in corporate governance and dispute matters. This role is part of the real estate practice group and is distinct from landlord-tenant positions. Candidates without specific experience in this area are also encouraged to apply. Strong research and writing skills are essential, and candidates must be admitted to the NY bar. The practice focuses on navigating the complex legal landscape affecting residential, commercial, and mixed-use condos and co-ops.
