The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience focusing on employee benefits law, including tax and ERISA, with expertise in retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, excellent legal research and writing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a complex team environment.
