Our client is seeking a mid-level Copyright Litigation Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join their team in one of the following locations: Austin, Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, particularly in copyright litigation, and a keen understanding of the intersection between technology and copyright law. A formal technical background and strong academic credentials are essential, along with a demonstrated work ethic, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to client matters.
