Description
Our client is seeking a Corporate and Securities Associate Attorney for their office in Winston-Salem, NC. The role involves representing international and domestic clients in mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations, advising on SEC compliance, and assisting with corporate establishment and governance. The position also includes representing companies in equity and asset transactions and supporting client development, particularly in the Asian and Latin American regions. Candidates must hold a U.S. Juris Doctorate and be admitted to any state bar in the U.S. No prior experience is required, but coursework in Corporations, Commercial Law Survey, Transactional Regulated Industries, Securities & Regulations, and Mergers & Acquisitions is necessary.
