Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting and organizational skills, excellent academic credentials, and experience in a top 100 law firm. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school is required, along with bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of the resident office location.
