Our client, a reputable law firm with a team of over 70 lawyers, is seeking an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join its Corporate Practice Group based in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have law firm experience in general corporate work, including M&A, debt and equity financing, securities, and other business transactions. The role involves working across a variety of industries such as agribusiness, life sciences, and energy, and offers the opportunity to work on mid-market and larger transactions. The successful candidate will have direct client exposure, collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups, and independently produce client-ready documents.
