Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract drafting, and related business matters. Preference will be given to candidates with technology transaction experience. Applicants must be admitted, or eligible for admission, to the Minnesota Bar. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, experience in negotiating important transaction documents, and the ability to draft M&A transaction documents. They should be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, team-oriented, and personable.
