Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join their Corporate practice group based in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of law firm experience in M&A and general corporate law, particularly in acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, leveraged buy-outs, reorganizations, joint ventures, and general corporate and complex commercial matters. Excellent academic and professional credentials, highly developed writing and analytical skills, and membership of the Colorado Bar are required.
