Our client, a growing corporate practice group, is seeking associates to join their team in Boise, ID. This collaborative group offers unique growth and mentorship opportunities for hard-working and well-rounded candidates looking to maximize long-term potential. Positions are available for candidates with three to eight years of experience in a law firm as a corporate attorney. The associate would have the opportunity to work in areas of their interest, including M&A, emerging growth, commercial transactions, and/or corporate governance work. The ideal candidate should be team-oriented, have strong written and oral communication skills, and excellent professional recommendations.
