Description
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney for their Corporate and Securities practice. The successful candidate will provide legal counsel on cross-border transactional matters, with a focus on Israel and Europe. Responsibilities include advising on securities offerings for issuers and underwriters, emerging companies, and venture capital, as well as guidance on securities disclosure matters, corporate governance, M&A transactions, and general corporate matters. The position requires a Master’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field, and 1 year of experience working with corporate clients in the financial, technology, and manufacturing industries in cross-border representation involving the United States and Israel. The candidate must have experience in analyzing and applying Israeli law, working within the Israeli legal environment, developing client legal strategies for application in the Israeli legal system, and managing cross-border, cross-cultural client relationships.
