Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate with 5-6 years of experience in a large or mid-size law firm to join their team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate should have a background in general corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and securities. Experience in private equity and finance is beneficial but not mandatory. The role requires excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects and people.
