Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. The ideal candidate should have substantial company-side experience, as well as a mix of other representations. The role involves representing a broad range of clients across industries such as biotechnology, medical devices, retail, manufacturing, transportation, energy, health care, and financial services in various restructuring strategies and transactions. The candidate will also counsel on insolvency and restructuring issues, as well as corporate governance matters for distressed companies. Key competencies for this role include excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills, and a proven ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
