CORPORATE ASSOCIATE (1259)
Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Corporate practice group. The ideal candidate should have 4 - 7 years of experience with complex finance transactions, particularly in sponsor-backed leveraged finance. Experience representing borrowers, lenders, and/or agents in a broad range of finance transactions is required. The role involves being a key member of deal teams, running fundamental aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing. This is an opportunity to represent clients in a national finance practice and participate immediately in sophisticated matters. The team is supportive, flexible, and invested in helping associates develop throughout their career. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state that they practice.
