Description
Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney based in Houston, TX, to serve as a second chair lawyer on complex commercial transactions. The ideal candidate should possess an LLM and have at least 2 years of experience in general corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, Reg. D securities offerings, and corporate drafting in a law firm environment. Eligibility for Texas Bar Licensure is a must. All applications must be submitted through the online portal.
