Our client seeks a mid-level associate attorney with three to five years of experience to join its Corporate Practice Group in one of the following locations: Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Miami, New York, or Pittsburgh. Ideal candidates will have expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity, securities, and general corporate work, along with excellent academic credentials. An active law license in the state of residence is required. The corporate attorneys provide sophisticated counsel to a diverse array of public and private companies and entrepreneurs, assisting with entity formation, capital raising, business relationships, and structuring transformational deals.
