CORPORATE ASSOCIATE (1741)
Description
Our client is seeking a senior-level Corporate Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A, securities matters, and/or lending work. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in corporate law, securities regulations, and corporate governance principles, and will enjoy the variety and diversity of a broad-based general corporate practice. Responsibilities include providing expert legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, and corporate governance, drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents, conducting due diligence investigations, managing junior associates and paralegals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is required.
