Description
Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their team in either Dallas or Houston. The ideal candidate will have a background in various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets, with additional experience in private equity or tax equity being advantageous. High academic achievement, law firm experience, and strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Texas or be willing to take the Texas Bar Exam.
