Description
Our client is seeking an associate with excellent academic credentials and 3-5 years of experience to join their esteemed Corporate, Tax & Private Client practice in either Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Phoenix, or New York. The successful candidate will work with a dedicated team primarily focused on REITs and other real estate investments, contributing to complex transactional matters such as real property and asset acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents, conducting diligence reviews, structuring joint ventures, coordinating deal closings, and managing ongoing legal issues.
