Our client is seeking a senior-level associate to join its corporate group in San Diego. The role involves working with emerging growth companies, venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Candidates must have a JD, be admitted to practice in California, and possess 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably from an AmLaw 100 law firm or the SEC. Essential skills include strong analytical and writing abilities, attention to detail, good business judgment, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The position requires effective collaboration, independent work, and the ability to influence and manage others.
