Description
Our client is seeking a full-time Corporate Associate for their Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have top academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A, venture capital, and/or public securities. Large law firm experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the Georgia Bar or committed to becoming a member.
