Description
Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate for their Corporate and Securities Practice in Delaware. The role involves advising on a variety of transactions involving Delaware partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations, including investment fund transactions, joint ventures, and structured finance transactions. Candidates should have 3-5 years of corporate experience, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to communicate complex matters effectively. Prior experience in a major law firm or reputable corporate practice is preferred, and candidates must be Delaware barred.
