Description
Our client is seeking associates with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join its esteemed Corporate & Financial Services Department. This role offers early responsibility and exposure to a wide range of corporate transactions, including private equity, M&A, and capital markets. Ideal candidates will have experience in supervising due diligence, drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, and managing closing transactions. The position provides an opportunity to work closely with partners and clients across various industries and is available in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, or San Francisco.
