Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their team in New York, representing U.S. and international issuers, institutional investors, underwriters, and placement agents in both public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. The role involves leading and negotiating moderately complex transactions, supervising associates, and reviewing draft memoranda, legal opinions, and transaction documents. The successful candidate will advise on cross-border corporate projects and must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school with at least four years of experience as an Associate at an international law firm. Key experience includes working on SPAC transactions, advising on public and private debt and equity offerings, public M&A, PIPEs, Exchange Act reporting, governance matters, and supervising due diligence teams.
