Description
Our client is seeking an Associate for their Houston office with 1-3 years of experience in real estate and finance. The ideal candidate should have expertise in commercial real estate, including purchase and sale transactions, leasing, acquisitions, title and survey review, and zoning. Experience in advising lenders and borrowers on transactional finance matters is preferred, along with a solid understanding of corporate entities and experience drafting corporate documents. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials in transactional law, strong drafting, research, and writing skills, and the ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively.
