This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, from early-stage startups to large public and private companies, as well as venture capital and private equity investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate transactional background, with experience in venture capital, M&A, and private equity transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing complex corporate documentation, managing transactions, and assisting clients with general corporate matters.
