The Corporate practice is a core strength, assisting clients both domestically and internationally in maximizing business opportunities. The firm represents a diverse range of clients, including private equity and venture capital funds, public and private companies, and lenders, in various transactions such as financings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances. The role involves drafting transaction documents, negotiating deal terms, managing transaction processes, conducting legal research, and communicating with clients and team members.
